The most desirable is to renegotiate your loan with your current lender to avoid foreclosure, but you need to be careful. There are many useful tools and organizations in the market place to help you renegotiate, but beware as there are just as many who will take your money and not achieve the desired results. Notice filed - You have received notice that you are in default on your loan.
At this stage it is sometimes difficult to act because of the situation and the lack of available knowledge. It is imperative that you work with your local resources to explore all of your options. They are there to help you. |

In foreclosure - You have received notice of default and have been told that your home will be sold in a foreclosure sale.
