The mission of the National Foreclosure Council (NFC) is to bring together the interests of consumers, investors, real estate brokers, bankers and community leaders to assure that these voices are represented as policy decisions are made, funding opportunities are advanced and plans are put in place to remedy the housing crisis that exists in America today.

As a grassroots organization formed to address the unprecedented housing foreclosure crisis, NFC is dedicated to advocacy and action at the national level. Our mission is to develop and implement policies designed to positively impact the housing market and alleviate the crisis at hand. Through organizational collaboration, education and active policy participation NFC will provide innovative solutions to every homeowner in distress to avoid, manage and recover from the foreclosure process.
